SUNY Stony Brook's West Side Dining Hall

Stony Brook, NY

This project is an interior renovation of an existing dining facility as well as an addition for greater capacity. The existing building is concrete beam and slab on CMU bearing wall and the new addition is steel construction. The renovation of the existing structure involved creating wall openings for new spatial arrangements for existing vendor locations and a general upgrade of interior components and building systems. The new addition houses more student seating, kitchen, and service space for other food vendors.
