333 River Street

Hoboken- NJ

Situated on the Hudson River Promenade, this multi-use building has a footprint that covers an entire block just north of the Hoboken PATH station. Designed to recall the great twentieth century warehouses that dot the waterfront, the concrete framed building is rendered in a palette of red, yellow, and ocher brick. Tall show windows along the riverfront façade open to ground floor retail space with restaurants, shopping, banking, and other services. The apartment towers are clustered around two large roof-top courts that sit above a 500-car, multi-level parking structure. Construction is concrete flat-plate on pile foundations.
