Grove Pointe

Jersey City- NJ

This is a new mixed-use development located above the Grove Street PATH Station in Jersey City. Configured in a T-formed plan, the low western side of the apartment complex meets a historic 19th-century commercial building at approximately the same height. The building then tiers upward to a 34-story residential tower on the eastern end. Structural framing consists of concrete flat slabs supported on a pile foundation. The project also includes the redesign of the plaza surrounding the PATH station.
