I worked for a small structural engineering group in a large regional company right after graduation. After 4 years of working in a corporate environment with only a handful of projects under my belt, I wanted to find something fast-paced and challenging, with a collaborative work environment.
I have been at GACE for 8 years now and can happily say that all my search boxes have been checked. I have worked on a wide range of projects, expanding my portfolio to include experience working with various building materials including concrete, steel, CMU, and more. GACE has provided me with the tools to become a well-rounded engineer. Working as part of a team and being able to dive into new challenges with each project, is what I consider the best part about working at GACE.
